INVESCO , () is a company of management of credits located at London (). It is with dimensions with the Bourse of London and is a member of the index FTSE 100. It has agencies in 19 country but half of its activity is with the the United States. INVESCO operates under various names like AIM , AIM Trimark , Invesco Perpetual , Atlantic Trust , and Powershares .

INVESCO encountered financial problems lately which had with the weakness of the international stockmarkets and generated losses following the damping of the overvalues in 2003 and 2004. The funds under management at December 31st, 2006 assembled to 462.6 billion US Dollars.
