ICSI

The intracytoplasmic injection of spermatozoon ( intracytplasmic sperm injection or ICSI ) is a technique of artificial insemination consisting of the microinjection of Spermatozoïde S or Spermatide S (immature spermatozoa) in the Cytoplasme of the Ovule.

She was initially invented in Belgium (1992) and was taken again in France by Jacques Testart which obtained the 1st baby thus designed in 1994.
