Hyunkel

Hyunkel is a character of the Manga Fly.

It is a man of blackjack years. His parents having been killed during an attack of the armies of the Evil of Hadora, it is collected and raised by Rufus, skeleton and guard of the door of the apartments of Hadora. However, when Aban demolishes Hadora, this one keep silent Rufus to punish it not to have known to protect it. Hyunkel is then again collected, this time by Aban, which he immediately recognizes like the assassin of his father. It follows the drive of Aban then and, the day of the handing-over of its talisman, seeks to kill it. Projected in a river by Aban, which acts only by reflex, it is collected by Myst, and is initiated with the techniques of darkness.

Swashbuckler out-par, it affirms not to fear anybody with the sword. When he becomes chief of the army of the Immortal ones, Ban offers a magic sword to him which is also a hyper-resistant armor able to counter all the incantations.

He demolishes first once Fly, but, at the time of the second combat, learns the truth on death from his father thanks to Fuam. Rufus was indeed killed by Hadora in person. Not being able however to accept it, Hyunkel continues the combat, and is overcome by Fly, which will complete it when Fuam intervenes. Hyunkel then saves his/her friends of a bath of lava, and disappears in the magma. It is saved in extremis by Krokodin, and from there will fight itself against Hadora.

Its superhuman force and its resistance come, as Myst explains it, of the perpetual conflict in its heart between its hatred for Aban, assassin of its father, and his affection for its Master, than it hides by desire of revenge. This is why, rejecting hatred, its power decreases vis-a-vis Myst which has the true force of Darkness. Hyunkel, however, is able to control partially the techniques of the Sky of Aban Master, and to contain Myst.

At the time of its combat against Rafaruto, he sees himself entrusting by this one, dying, the lance with the malefic armor, and promises to him to take care on Baran and Fly. This is why, to prevent Baran from stupidly dying, he does not hesitate to save it with the danger of his life.

Seriously wounded, he is declared inapt for the combat, but is raised however, to continue the fight. He will entrust to Eimi that it is for him the only way of repurchasing its sins, that the pain of a wound is nothing vis-a-vis its remorses.

He fights against the god of evil with Fly, but is captured with Krokodin at the end of the combat. In prison, it receive the visit of Myst, which offers to Hyunkel a chance to survive while drinking the chalice malefic. Hyunkel takes time to him to reflect, and Krokodin is indignant then, Hyunkel then requires of him to trust him until the end. The following day, at the time of the éxéctution, Myst brings to Hyunkel the Chalice, while requiring of him which is its answer. He drinks finally with the chalice, and becomes had by the evil spirit. Myst laughs then, because it knew that Hyunkel would try to contain the combative spirit of darkness. Myst tightens a sword with Hyunkel, while requiring of him, to become again the warrior with the malefic lance, to kill Krokodin. Hyunkel advances, then is immobilized, when Krokodin includes/understands and shouts to him to resist and beat the combative spirit of darkness. Its body cannot support the pain of the two antagonistic spirits, and it collapses, struck down, like death. Thinking died, Myst is on the point of completing Krokodin when the hand of Hyunkel retains it and catches its ankle, Hyunkel is raised, and launched Myst. He explains why its power from now on enormously increased, because the spirit of the light to due being done more powerful than the enormous power of the combative spirit of darkness. He illustrates his remarks by massacring the soldiers in armor of Myst with naked hands, and even by boxing without any damage the destroying index of Myst, which had however bored its armor the last time.

He is at this stage, considered as one of the most powerful characters.

After having delivered its last combat against Maximam and its guards, it is raised of its role by Rafaruto, income of the world of deaths. Not being able more to fight, being seriously wounded, he asks nevertheless to attend the final combat of Fly against Ban, combat for which he devoted part of his life. It is him which completes Myst which sought to seize its body. One can suppose that its power, because of integration of the enormous spirit of darkness of Myst, increases still prodigiously, but being seriously wounded, it cannot fight vis-a-vis the god of the evil, whereas it would have been quite useful, because of his new power.

Its moral strength, during the invocation of Minakator, is the combative spirit.

Although it cannot use the magic, its technique great cross-country race , which concentrates its combative spirit to project it on the enemy, enables him sometimes to do without its weapon.
