Hypocetonemic hypoglycemia
The hypocetonemic hypoglycemia is defined as a Hypoglycémie not being accompanied by production of Acétone. This absence of acetone in the urines (to be sought with the urinary Strip) is one of the signs of a disorder of the metabolism of the fatty-acids.
