HVB Group , or HypoVereinsbank, is the 2nd Banque private allemande.

History

In 2005, Unicredito Italiano lance an offer of exchange on HVB and proposes to the shareholders 5 actions UCI for each action HVB. In the event of success, it will also launch an offer on Bank Austria and BPH, the subsidiary companies of Eastern Europe of the group. It should be noted that against-offers on HVB remains also possible, whereas rumors off give a report on a possible offer of the British Royal Bank Scotland.
