Hugues Portelli

Hugues Portelli is a Politician French near to Nicolas Sarkozy, member of the group UMP, born the December 22nd 1947. Academic of profession and reputation, it was elected senator of the Val-d'Oise the September 26th 2004.

He is professor of political sciences and constitutional law to the university the Pantheon-Assas Paris II and member of the editorial board of the Pouvoirs review and the review local Authorities.

Elected official senator of the Valley of Oise, he is also Member of the Commission of the laws to which also belongs (for example) Robert Badinter.

He is mayor of the commune of Ermont (95).
