Hugues Martin

Hugues Martin , (), born the January 2nd 1942 with Mâcon (Saône-et-Loire) is a politician French member of the UMP. Former Mayor of Bordeaux, between December 2004 and October 2006. Former deputy of the second district of the Gironde.

He had three children with his wife, Madeleine. Colonel of reserve, it was used for the rank of second lieutenant to the 2nd foreign regiment of the parachutists. Insurer-council with the retirement, Hugues Martin managed, in association, one of the most important cabinets of insurance of Aquitaine until in 2000. He is knight of the Légion of honor.
