Hugues Cosnier
Hugues Cosnier is an engineer Hydraulicien end of the Rebirth, native of Tours. Its philosopher's stone is the Canal of Briare or " channel of Loyre in Seyne" , started in 1605, and that he will not see not completed, because he dies in 1629, that is to say 13 years before the grand opening of " son" channel.
