Hugues Corriveau

Hugues Corriveau is a poet, essay writer, short story writer and Québécois novelist born in 1948 with Sorel. Formed in French and Québécois studies with the University of Montreal (1977), it has also a doctorate in French studies - option creation of the Université of Sherbrooke (1988). He teaches with the College of Sherbrooke since 1973. He is member of the Union of the écrivaines and writers Québécois.

He is critical of poetry for the review Québécois Lettres and of Québécois and foreign novels for the review Three . He collaborates in several reviews, Québécois and foreign, of which the New Bar of the day, the Bar of the day, the Tree with word (Belgium), Maison of poetry , poetic Action , the Waffle iron (France), Estuaire , Three , Matrix , Ellipse , Hobo/Quebec , Dérives , Moebius , Urgences , the Port , literary Études , XYZ , Spirale , etc

Since 1978, it produced a score of works published in Quebec and abroad of which texts translated into English, Italian, Spanish and Chinese.
