Hugo Banzer Suárez
Hugo Banzer Suárez (May 10th 1921 – May 5th 2002) was a general and politicking preserving Bolivian. He occupied the Bolivian presidency twice : August 22nd 1971 with the July 21st 1978, like military dictator, and of the August 6th 1997 with the August 7th 2001, like chair constitutional.
