Hubert Hake of Verdière

Hubert Colin of Verdière , (born the October 31st 1941) (Ambassador of France) is a French diplomat, who was ambassador of France in Algérie twice. He was replaced in November 2006 by Mr. Bernard Bajolet.

  • 1995-1996: Director of the cabinet of the Foreign Minister,
  • September 1996: Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary with Moscow,
  • February 1997: Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary with Douchanbé (in residence in Moscow),
  • 2000-2002: Ambassador, High representative in Algeria,
  • 2002-2004: General secretary of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs,
  • 2004-2006: Ambassador, High representative in Algeria.
