Hubert , of his true name Hubert Boulard , born in 1971 with Saint-Renan (Finistere), is a colourist and a scenario writer of Cartoon French.

Graduate of the school of the fine arts of Angers (after having attended that of Quimper), it rather quickly gives up the way of the visual arts for that of the cartoon. Colourist for Yoann and Omond ( Ninie Rezergoude , the Robber of the Father Armchair ), Corbeyran ( the clan of the dreams ), Richard Malka and Giroud ( the order of Cicéron ) or Paul Gillon, it starts a career of scenario writer in 2000 with the legacy of the alchemist (drawing: Herve Tanquerelle) and green eyes (with Zanzim).
