Huascarán

Huascarán is more the high mountain of the Peru and the sixth top of South America with 6 768 m of altitude.
One distinguishes in fact two Huascarán tops: highest, Huascarán On (6 768 m) are separated by the collar from Garganta of Huascarán Norte, less raised and of an altitude of 6 655 meters.
Located in the Area of Ancash, it gave its name to a biological reserve: the National park of Huascaran.
