Hualien
Hualien (Chinese: 花蓮) is a city located on the island of Taiwan. Hualien is the chief town of the area of the same name, located on the east coast of the island.
The city was created in 1851 when farmers Han originating in Taipei settled there. Its population is estimated at: 110000 inhabitants.
