blood enamelled 50 ml
tellurite of sodium 0,35 G
sodium chloride 5,0 G
agar 15,0 G
pH = 7,8

Preparation

40 G per liter. Traditional pressure-sealing. To then add 50 ml of blood enamelled per liter and 10 ml of tellurite to 35 G per liter.
