Summary

The agent of the F.B.I, Lemmy Caution which arrives of the U.S.A, and the Rupert general, chief of the French service of against-espionage, deal with the same business: to find a spy known under the name of Varley. In spite of its promptness, its punch and its taste of strong drinks, Lemmy will be capped with the post by the French services and, of return to Washington, will be able to try to recover muddled wire of this history where the proper niece of Rupert, Martine, was the double of adventurous and where Girotti, owner of a bar, was not other than famous Varley.
