How Obélix fell into the pot from the druid when it was small is an illustrated album diffused for the first time in the newspaper Pilote the May 20th 1965. The newspaper had decided to choose like topic the Gallo-Roman time and Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo had had the idea to write the history of Obélix.
It is while thinking of the number of fans of Obélix which had not on the occasion to know its history at the time of Pilote that the authors had the idea to leave an album, with more drawings and a richer text. It is in 1989 that the album left to the editions Albert Rene.
