Hovhannès Toumanian
Hovhannes Toumanian (in Armenian: ՀովհաննեսԹումանյան , the other possible orthographies are Tumanyan or Toumanyan ) was born the February 19th 1869 in Dsegh, in the district of Lori and died the March 23rd 1923 with Moscow in Russia. He is regarded as one of the largest poets and Armenian writers. He draws his inspiration in the national folklore.
