House of the Dumb woman

The house of the Dumb woman is an appointment of hunting located in the northern part of the ForĂȘt of Saint-Germain-in-Bush hammer in the department of the Yvelines (France). This house was built by the architect Angel-Jacques Gabriel for the king Louis XIV in 1775 on the ruins of an old castle built by François Ier at the 16th century.

Classified Historic building on April 7th, 1921, it is currently state-owned property and managed by the National office of the forests.
