House low-energy
A house low energy is a well isolated and well ventilated house. The coefficient K is lower than 35.
The difference between a passive house and a house low energy is that the house passivates does without heating installation, not the house low-energy. Indeed, in a passive house, insulation and energy sources related to the use of the house (lamps, electric household appliances etc…) were enough to have a sufficient temperature.
The additional cost of the insulation of a passive house is supposed being compensated by the fact that one can do without heating, but that is not easily applicable for houses of a certain size.
