Hour-the-Romain (in Walloon Eure-Li-Romin ) is a section of the common Belgian of Oupeye located in Walloon region in the Province of Liege.
It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1977.
The August 18th 1914, 73e IH of the German imperial army passed by the weapons 28 civilians there and destroyed there 83 houses at the time of the German Atrocités made at the beginning of the invasion.
