Houessou Akaba

Houessou Akaba is traditionally the fourth of the twelve kings of the Dahomey. It reigned of 1685 with 1708.

It continued the work of organization of his father Aho Houegbadja. In particular, it fixed the institutions of the capacity and the ritual ones of establishment of king d' Abomey. Its symbols were the Sanglier and the knife.
