Hotel of Bulette
The hotel of the Bubble , located place Holy-Cross at Metz, is a Gothic house built at the 13th century.
It has today still its Gothic windows with the attic, its Créneau X and a watch tower S.
She was inhabited by a certain LACOUR, then LEDOYEN, there were garaged the very many barrels of wine coming from her exploitations, or by the recording which employed a seal named Bulette, from there her name. Sources: Research made by Anne-Marie-Célestine MICHEL about 1945
