Hot Gold mount
The Mount of hot Gold also called hot box , or melted with the Gold Mount, is a typical dish of the Franche-Comté in Hiver, season of the Mont of Gold.
Its preparation consists in putting at the furnace a Mont of Gold to dissolve it. It is then been useful with potatoes, and possibly a Saucisse of Morteau.
