Hosni Benslimane

Hosni Benslimane is a Moroccan lieutenant-general of army , ordering Moroccan royal Gendarmerie. Born in 1935 with El Jadida, he is the soldier highest graded royal armed forces.

The Lieutenant-general of army, Hosni Benslimane arrived at the top of the military hierarchy, is not only one highly skilled soldier, above all the gallons. The Hosni young person becomes at once the frontier runner and the licensed smasher of this team which creates sensation in national competition. The Hosni young person, in full adolescence, touches with all the sports as a dilettante, including football where it shines, when it on the occasion, in the cage but its true passion, they are his studies and it intends to continue them until the end in this Morocco under occupation. With the return of the epopee of World American of 1994, the FRMF is dissolved. The General Hosni Benslimane assumes the chairmanship of the provisional Commission to reform national football. Military career

The Benslimane general integrates the royal armed forces after a formation into the Ecole Saint-Cyr military school. He is named ordering mobile company of intervention (CMI) in 1965 then as from 1967, executive vice president of the National security before occupying the functions of governor of Tangier, Kenitra then of Meknès.

The shortly after the coup d'etat missed against the king Hassan II, it is promoted ordering Moroccan royal Gendarmerie station which it occupies always today.

Civil career

In 1994, Mr Benslimane is named president of the provisional commission in charge of the management of Moroccan football. In 1996, he is elected, then re-elected since, by acclamation chair Moroccan royal Fédération of football (FRMF).

Mr Benslimane also chairs the Olympic National committee Moroccan (CNOM)

Charges of infringement of the human rights

In 2001, the name of the general Hosni Benslimane appears in a list of 44 marked people of torture, published by the Moroccan Association of human rights (AMDH). This charge, relayed by other associations, is based on testimonys of several victims of the Années of lead, but no material proof was advanced.

In 2006 Patrick Ramaël, the French judge charg3e d' affaires Mehdi Ben Barka, delivered a letter of request to hear in Morocco the general Hosni Benslimane within the framework of the investigation on the disappearance of the Moroccan opponent. The Moroccan authorities affirm not to have received information of their French counterparts.

October 22nd, 2007, judge Patrick Ramaël announces, during the visit of the French president, Nicolas Sarkosy, whom it delivered of the international warrants for arrest against five Morrocans. Among the people concerned two personalities of the Moroccan mode appear. One is the general Hosni Benslimane, the current chief of the royal Gendarmerie; the other, the general Abdelkader Kadiri, general inspector of the armies after having been very a long time with the head of the head office of the studies and documentation (DGED), principal intelligence service. Moroccan justice did not receive these mandates. The assassination of Mehdi Ben Barka, before being a free Moroccan business, is also a free French business.
