Horst von Möllendorff
Pierre Latch , or of its Breton name Pêr Latch , is a nationalist Militant Breton and resistant born January 9th 1930 with Guérande, in Loire-Atlantique.
It takes part as of the 14 years age in actions of the Résistance. Party with Angers in 1945 to follow courses of horticulture. Horticulturist, reprocessed Landscape designer-nursery gardener. Former member of the Christian working Youth.
In 1946, it adheres to the Celtic Cercle of Angers, militates with Avel year Trec' H and is given the responsability to find militants for the Breton People, movement and review launched by Joseph Martray. Of return to Guérande, it founds with J. Bihen and Georges Auclair the Celtic Cercle Bro Gwen Ran , in 1949. Member of MOB as of 1957, it is some time responsible for the newspaper the Future of Brittany . Locally, it militates for the defense of the marshes of Guérande and the return of the Loire-Atlantique in the Brittany area.
It is stopped at the time of the attack (missed) against the DDA of Nantes, at the end of July 1975, with two other militants of Guérande, Dominique Crochard and Gerard Coriton. He was imprisoned eleven months, in 1976, to have taken part in attacks of the Breton revolutionary Armée (ARB). In 1977, it leaves Guérande for the Pays of Leon where it works with the Mutual credit of Brittany; it was one of the men who allowed the emission of accounts - checks into Breton. Returned in Guérande it fights for the framework of life in the Presqu'île. He is member of the cultural Institut of Brittany, sections protection of nature and environment and interceltic Relations . He says himself “initially Breton and European, then French by the force of the things” and chaired Skoazell Vreizh 1978 2006. He is the treasurer of Breton historical association, Dalc' homp Sonj, and member of the Ordre of Hermine, since 1994, of which he receives the price in 1998.
He continues also Denis Jeambar of the Express train for public slandering because of an article entitled “Brittany, the blow of brush” dated from the April 19th 2001 of this weekly magazine (the journalist will be condemned by the Magistrates' court of Nantes).
