Hormisdas
Saint Hormisdas , born with Frosinone, pope of the July 20th 514 with the August 6th 523. Its burial will be done in old the Basilique Saint-Pierre, following 9 years and 15 days of pontificate. He is celebrated the August 16th.
In 518 he manages to put an end to the first schism who lasted since about thirty year between Rome and Constantinople by proposing a compromise which erased the Henotikon.
His/her son became pope under the name of Silvère.
He pointed out himself by his zeal against Eutychéens.
