Horlivka
Horlivka (in Ukrainian: Горлівка), in the past Gorlovka (in Russian: Горловка), is a city of the Oblast de Donetsk, in the east of Ukraine. Its population is of: 292250 inhabitants in 2001.

Located in the middle of the coal basin of the Donbass, the city owes its creation, in 1867, with the extraction of the Houille. Populated: 338000 inhabitants in 1989, it undergoes a fall of population due to the regression of this activity.Economy
