Emile Jean Horace Vernet , born the June 30th 1789 with Paris where he died the January 17th 1863, is a painter French.

Biography

Caricatures

Horace Vernet drew a caricature representing the king Louis XVIII coming from déféquer, with its feet a étron, at its sides, a character preparing with torcher the royal posterior one.
