Hood liquid air PN 1540

The hood liquid air PN 1540 is respiratory protective gears especially designed for the flight crew with an aim: to evolve/move in atmosphere vitiated (smoked on board, smoke coming from outside during the evacuation, fire in cabin, cabin contaminated by toxic fumes,…).

The Hood being certified to protect from the Hypoxia, it can be used by the PNC, as a last resort, at the time of a die Pressurization, after exhaustion of the fixed circuit of the Avion and the bottles O ².

Operation

This equipment is autonomous and functions in closed circuit. As of its installation, it delivers Oxygène in gas form. It allows the neutralization of the CO ² expired (cartridge of containing soda Chaux) and guarantees to the user an autonomy at least 15 minutes. A phonic membrane facilitates the communications.

This equipment of single size easily allows the wearing of glasses, barbs or chignons.
