The Hood Museum off Art is one of the oldest museums of the United States. It belongs to the campus of the Dartmouth College in the New Hampshire and is in relation to the Hopkins Center for the Arts. Founded in 1772, it has some: 65000 works. The ethnographic collections are richest (arts African, Amerindian, mélanésien).
