HongKong International Topic Parks Limited
HongKong International Topic Parks Limited is a Joint-venture between the Walt Disney Company and the Gouvernement of HongKong, created in 1999. It has and manages the complex of leisures of HongKong Disneyland Resort, located on the island of Lantau.
The government of HongKong holds 57% of the actions while Walt Disney Company holds the 43% remainder.
