The homologation is the Procédure by which the courts approve an act and confer the executory Force to him.

Automobile Transport and

The Put in circulation on the public Highway of a Vehicle, Automobile or not, is subjected to obtaining a Certificat of homologation on behalf of the Inspectorate the mines (only legal authority to provide this certificate).

All manufacturer of vehicles is obliged to present to the mines a specimen of very model before marketing. It is held to provide a copy of the certificate of homologation with each vehicle, so that the user can attest near the authorities of the conformity of the vehicle.
