Hocine Lahouel is a Politician Algérie N born the December 17th 1917 with Skikda in the Constantinois.

He was initially the general secretary and treasurer of M.T.L.D of Messali Hadj then entered in dissension with this one by carrying the money of this party. He founded the Journal the Algerian Nation . He is one of the organizers of the congress of Algiers in August 1954, which ratifies the final scission of M.T.L.D. He promised to help C.R.U.A financially but never holds its promise.
