Hiroo Mochizuki

Hiroo Mochizuki , born the March 21st 1936 with Shizuoka (Japan), is a specialist in the martial arts Japan board. He is the founder of the Yoseikan Budo.

Biography

Hiroo Mochizuki begins the Kendo, the Aikido and the Judo with his/her father Minoru Mochizuki, a very famous Master of martial arts, who was the pupil of Jigoro Kano and Morihei Ueshiba. In 1955, it learns the Karaté shotokan in Tokyo, then share to teach it in France in Master Henry Plée.

In 1963, Hiroo is sent by his/her father in France; it there teaches the aikido and develops karate wado ryu in Europe. In 1964 it takes part in the creation of FFKAMA and the European Union of Karate.

It is in 1967 that it starts to foresee the possibility of creation of a new martial art based on the shock wave, that it will baptize Yoseikan Budo in homage to his father. He will create the French federation in 1975 of it, and in 1978 will be created the International Center of Yoseikan Budo, then later in 1997, the Yoseikan World Federation. His/her father will join it in France to spend the last years of his life. In 2000, Hiroo will receive officially hands of his/her father the direction of all the dojos Yoseikan of the world.

The two wire of Hiroo, Mitchi Mochizuki and Kyoshi Mochizuki are also implied in the development of Yoseikan Budo around the world. In 2006, this art is practiced in 29 different countries.
