In the south of the Queen-Mary way, several houses were expropriées and demolished, separating into two the district Our-Lady-of-Graces. To avoid the destruction of a church of the district, the highway dévit slightly towards the west at the level of the street Monkland. On the level of the street Saint-Jacob, to the approach of the exchanging Turcot and junction with the Highway 20 and the Highway 720, the highway passes from a highway into distinct to an elevated highway several meters. On this place, several imposing viaducts are superimposed and overlapped, which gave the idea to an operator of the court of Turcot sorting of the CN to call the structure " the Spaghetti" junction;.
