Highland Park
Highland Park is a Distillerie of Whiskey located at Kirkwall in the islands the Orkneys in Scotland. It is most septentrional of Scottish distillings (with ½ mile in the north of Scapa).
Distilling was founded in 1798. Its name not refers to the Scottish area of the Highland S (of which the Orkneys do not form part) but because of the place of foundation of the distilling which was distinguished from a zone of less altitude located in the vicinity. At the end of
