High-Bavaria

The district of High-Bavaria (in German Regierungsbezirk Oberbayern ) is one of the seven German districts ( Regierungsbezirke ) of the Land of the Bavaria.

The capital of High-Bavaria east Munich.

Geographical location

It is located at the south-east of this Land , widest of the 16 Länder of Germany.

“High-Bavaria” is bordering on the Austria (in the south and the east), on the Low-Bavaria (in north), and, in the west, on the Average-Franconie and the Souabe.

¹ Siège of the assembly, but does not belong to the district ( city-district )
