Hieronimo Citoni was an architect and Italian town planner of second half of 16th century.
With the Rebirth, the princes made calls with Italian architects for the realization of fortification but also for their novel ideas town planning civil construction.
Hieronimo Citoni created the new city of Nancy in 1596
