Herzliya
Herzliya (pronounce Hertseliya, in Hebrew: הרצליה) is an Israeli city, located in the district of Tel-Aviv at the north of Tel-Aviv.
Geography
It is one of the most important cities of the Gush daN, the agglomeration of Tel-Aviv. The Western part of the east city on the Mediterranean coast and has a marina and a great center of High-tech, which is worth sometimes the nickname to him of " Silicon Valley " Israeli.
It is about a crested city where the Israeli elites and the foreign diplomats reside.

History
This city was baptized in the honor of Theodore Herzl, founder of the modern Sionisme. The entry of the east city marked besides by an imposing statue of Herzl. This city was founded in 1924 by seven families of Jewish pioneers. It has a population today of: 84200 inhabitants.
