Herve Louboutin , born the June 24th 1951 with Nantes, is a French journalist.

Friend of childhood of Philippe de Villiers, it contributes, in 1978, with the creation of the “cinéscénie” of Puy of Insane in the Vendée.

Journalistic career

Writer as an chief-assistant of the regional newspaper Press-Ocean eleven years during, former correspondent of the '' Monde '' and the AFP, it leaves this newspaper in 1997.

According to the satirical newspaper the Letter with Excentric , this departure would be due to a conflict which opposed it to the drafting after having signed a leading article in connection with the lawsuit of Maurice Papon, high-civil servant collaborationnist. Always according to the Letter with Excentric , the drafting would then have voted a motion against him and the managing director of Presse Ocean .

Herve Louboutin defends himself some: according to him, the motion of distrust deposited by the drafting did not relate on this leading article since it was signed in September 1996, but to the reorganization of the drafting as a chief of Press-Ocean, that the director of the newspaper blamed, Christian Renet, wanted to entrust to him.

In front of the drafting of the team refusing to see it promoted redacor as a chief, Herve Louboutin then negotiated his departure under the conditions of a clause of conscience.

In January 1998, it launched the monthly magazine the New West of which he is the director of the drafting.

He was also director of the drafting of Hebdo of Nantes of March 2002 in September 2002, where its arrival was accommodated by a strike and the departure of part of the drafting, and local weekly magazine the Echo of Ancenis and Vineyard until in 2003, date on which he resold the weekly magazine with Western the Edit group (editor of the Mail of Mayenne).
