Herring barrel
A herring barrel is a barrel where one presses the Hareng S salted or smoked. The word comes from Dutch kaak = jaw, gill, hearing. Caquer, it is to remove hearing, to prepare fish to put it out of herring barrels. It is at the end of that the herring is put out of barrel.
