Herbert Spencer Jennings

Herbert Spencer Jennings is a zoologist and a American geneticist , born the April 8th 1868 with Tonica (Illinois) and dead the April 14th 1947 with Santa Monica (California).

Its research on the Coélentéré S and the echinodermatous S is the presented in particular in its work The Behavior off the Lower Organisms (1906). He studies the behavior of Protozoaire S like those of the S Paramoecium and Ameba . He supplements the observations of Jacques Loeb (1859-1924). It is also interested in the question of heredity and makes appear Life and death, heredity and evolution in unicellular organisms (1920).
