Herbert Pagani Megalopolis

Megalopolis is the third album of Herbert Pagani.

It is an double album very visionary on a possible apocalyptic future, created well before the Starmania of Michel Berger and Luc Plamondon, and will become a spectacle with Bobino. Begun again with the Bataclan by Francis Lalanne and Dominique Guillo in 1999.

The album is built as the band its of a film, sound effects, musics. Pagani thus depicts the future there (the history begins on April 25th, 1989, goes back to its birthday that it will not reach, alas), with a President of the USA of Europe Unie which calls its voters " consumers, consommatrices" and which is cut by advertizing during its short speech. Concrete turns replacing nature and the trees, to leave to make its races with its gas mask, to walk its dog on the roofs of the buildings, " are the friends friendly truths? … Thus Take the pill of compagnie". The electoral program is to make the moon a galaxic dustbin.
