Hepatomegaly

The hepatomegaly (locatable with palpation at the man) is an increase in the volume of the Foie, palpable under the costal edge right. It is evaluated of number of diameter of fingers between the lower edge of the coasts and the lower edge of the liver. Beyond the height of a palm, the hepatomegaly is important. Let us note that the consumed part of the Foie gras of ducks and geese is the resultant of a hepatomegaly.
