Hepatic steatosis
The hepatic steatosis is a disease of the Foie of gravity and evolution variables.
When liver is too fatty (i.e. it comprises too many Triglycérides), that causes a disordered state of the Transaminase S. That rather often meets at the obese people , diabetics, or alcoholic.
This phenomenon is however useful for the migratory birds, which use it to store grease at the time of their migration S.
One artificially reproduces this phenomenon during the production of Foie gras, in gavant the bird.
