Henry de Bulkeley
Henry Bulkeley , born before 1659, was Master off the Household (intendant of the royal House) of the kings Charles II and James II of England. He was member of the Parlement of England of February 1679 in August 1679. He is the son of Thomas, fact 1st Viscount Bulkeley off Cashel by the king Charles Ier of England on January 19th 1643, and of White Coytmore. He married in 1700 Sophia Stuart, sister of Frances Theresa Stuart (1647-1702) " Beautiful Stuart" (girl of Walter Stuart, third wire of Lord Blantyre) it had inter alia:
- François de Bulkeley , general lieutenant, married to Marie-Anne O' Mahony, resulting from a first marriage of Daniel O' Mahony with Cecilia Weld.
- Charlotte, viscountess de Clare by her marriage with Lord Charles O' Brien then countess O' Mahony by her marriage with Daniel O' Mahony
- Anne († June 12th, 1751), duchess of Berwick by her marriage with the Marshal of France Jacques Fitz-James de Berwick.
Annecdote
At the time of a quarrel, in a tavern, the opponent with George Etheridge, Fleetwood Sheppard tried to separate them and received a stab under the eye.
