Sir Henry John Temple , 3rd Viscount Palmerston , is a politician British, born with Broadlands (Hampshire) the October 20th 1784 and died the October 18th 1865.

He was First liberal minister for the the United Kingdom of 1855 with 1858 and of 1859 with 1865.
