Henry Fletcher Pin-shank
Henry Fletcher Hance is a Artiste and a British Botaniste , born in 1827 with London and died in 1886 with Xiamen.
It makes its studies in London and in Belgium. He becomes civil servant with HongKong in 1844 and is transferred to Canton in 1854. He is vice-consul of 1861 with 1878 with Whampoa, then consul with Canton of 1878 with 1881 and in 1883, finally consul with Xiamen in 1886. He devotes his spare time to the study of the local flora. He publishes a supplement with the book of George Bentham (1800-1884), Flora Hongkongensis in 1873.
