Henriette Walter , born in 1929, is professor emeritus of Linguistique at the university from High-Brittany to Rennes, and director of the laboratory of phonology to the practical École of the high studies in the Sorbonne.
It wrote works of linguistics very specialized as well as of the popularizing works.
